"It was enchanting, delightful, charming and magical. It was also a very shrewdly calculated piece of theatre, well wrought by Thompson and skillfully directed by Jessica Davis-Irons."
-Off Off Broadway Review

Water Sheerie is a romantic fairy tale that takes place above the water, below the and everywhere in between. A water sheerie comes from the depths of the underwater kingdom to find love and hope at the water’s edge. Referencing A Midsummer Nights Dream throughout, it is a play that captures the heart and excites the senses. Complete with magic potions, mistaken identities, and a comic trio who find their true selves in the depths of the “12 Mile Wood,” Water Sheerie will appeal to the child, romantic, and theater lover in everyone. Children of all ages will follow the action of the play through the 104th Street Community Garden.
